Default Norcal tracks to practice on

Today, I went to speedworld in roseville and had a great time. I am looking for similar tracks in northern cal to practice on. I live in tracy ca and I am willing to drive ~1.5hours or so to get to a track. AFAIK, speed world is the only one of its kind in my area. The rest seem to have very strict times and are often taken down when not racing. In door/out door carpet/asphalt does not matter, just flexible hours.

Is the offroad part of Norcal hobbies like a dirt oval or is it a supercross style for 1/8 scale nitro like Delta in Antioch?

I had a hard time finding this info on the website, but do you need to be a member of ROAR to practice on the off-road track? And I think I read that the cost for practice is $10/day? Thanks
