I have run a sc10 with the stock slashes before so i imagine the strike would be fine. Kyle is really easy going rules wise. As long as it it not ridiculous it should be allowed.
I have raced my stock slash, which is not at all stock it has every rpm option available, Teflon shocks, etc. and it shows no noticeable advantage. I ran my SC10 in stock with a 19t motor and the better slash drivers had no issue keeping up.
As long as it is not flying past everyone every lap and you aren't being an ass you will be fine at falcon.
Obviously Kyle or that days race director will have final say but there is not normally an issue, worst case you end up in mod and both are running similar laps.

thx for the info man.
reason being said is dont want to make the drive that far to get denied.
i heard that the sc10 had adjustable timing motor and that would be the only issue for all the sct together.beings that the sc10 guys could make there motor have a little more rip.
i will have to come there sometime to check the place out.

i didnt see any pics of the track thru the link.is it dirt?

Yes it is dirt...
Aren't there any tracks closer???
That's one hell of a drive for you...
I will say that race nights have not been very "well attended" and the last couple have turned into practice nights for the most part.
Honestly I'm not sure I would make the trip till it picks up a bit.
Oh and bring something to keep warm its not heated.
Occasionally there is a kerosene turbo heater but that's the extent of it.

Ever think of racing on-road like the Tamiya Mini classes or Vintage Trans Am? There is always "The Raceway" in Beaver, Pa..... still quite a drive for ya...

Anyone Planning on going to Falcon Raceway this Friday night (18th)? I may if there are enough people going. It's a long way for me to go just to run one of the CORR classes. It would sure be nice to see this place packed with racers. This huge track and facility has a ton of potential!
For any CORR racers thinking about going here for the first time, they have always had a full heat of up to 10 trucks for both stock and mod CORR each of the 3 or 4 times I have been there. Other classes seem to be hit and miss.

So here goes a role call......

Shawn Richards
- Mod Truck
- Stock or Mod CORR (which ever one has more entries)

Directly from Falcon's own forum...........

December 18th Racing - Cancelled!!!!
------------------------------------------------------
"I will be cancelling the races for Friday the 18th... I will be posting a new schedule up for the first of the year. We will be moving to Sunday races and still have practice on Wednesday nights."

Not a cool thing to do.

Agreed. Find a schedule and stick to it is always best. This place has lots of potential. Kyle is a good guy too.

I guess he had a funeral to go to and had been telling his locals there would be no racing this week, but didn't bother to post anything on any of the forums apparently. IDK? I might still go when they switch to Sundays if the turnout picks up and they get organized.
