Anybody know of a possible location? Maybe we can figure out what's involved to get an 'official' track started.

i'm going to look into a possible location in whitehouse ,i have feelers out that i am looking for a sizable location , plus i want to find something that once it's started we wont be kicked out or have any complaints from residents , of course help will be needed ,im hoping to get quite a few persons together to donate their time in making this happen , so lets keep this thread going so more people in the central nj area will respond , i will be checking into this location in whitehouse next week , it's an old steel fabrication site with a good amount of land , the building is unoccupied , but the land there is quite large , residents are far from the vicinity as well , i as of yet do not know if it's town owned or still under private ownership ,all these details i will find out hopefully next week , but i can not do this alone ,if anyone has a generator that can be used would be great , we can all kick in a dollar amount for fuel and whatnot , if someone has any equipment to actually do the track would be great , plus if this happens we can hopefully pull all the wood and the piping from the sayreville location and move it to another location , again i will need help with this especially track layout i will post more on this soon keep the thread going to draw attention

I'd be willing to help out any way that I can. Going to the town to help with getting permits etc. To track building and maintenance. Keep us informed as to what's happening and what's needed.

Anybody have a track they like? I wouldn't mind modeling it like Thunder Alley in Ca. Wouldn't there need to be a fence around the track and dirt brought in?

PNC Center -Pick a parking lot on road or off road .

95% of the time theres know one there in the AM . If you dudes find something close I'm in .

Raced in the Bronx & lived near Floyd Bennett feild , Brooklyn - so had plenty of fun, much of the season . Moved to Jersey & there's nothing local ..

So much land but know place to go WTF..

the problem is ,what little hobby shops that are in central nj do not even try to attempt at getting a track together ,then wonder why their biz isn't going so well, sell kits, people build the kits, then break the parts, you sell parts, organize racing, make money off of that, seems like a win win to me
