For any that might be looking for a place to race check this place out, it is definitely worth it. Great track, and the boys in the shop treat you great. Have got me working, even tore apart my radio to replace a broken spring.

Great service, and great people. Fun friendly competition, even though as yet I'm not good enough to compete!

Default Best tires for our track

With the upcoming race we will give you a heads up on the best tires to use. J Concepts Goose Bumps do a really great job of sticking the vehicle to the track. The guys have been using the green compound and having a ball. They are also having good luck with the step pins in the stadium truck class.

We have picked up sponsors for the race and will have items to give out to the drivers. We will issue you a ticket when you register and will draw throughout the day for the giveaways. Yes, you can win more than once. Gift certificates, tees, product and maybe a raffle for something much bigger ? Remember, September 12th and registration will start at 8am and racing will begin at 12 sharp. We hope to see a lot of new faces and that this will grow each year.

I saw on your race results page you have a 1/8 mixed class? Does that incorporate the SC8e? If so what are the specs to run in this class?

When we do not have enough to make a FULL class we will mix.
As for the SC8E if we do not have enough SC8E or Slayers ,we will again mix them in with the other 1/8's.At our track we try to make sure you can race no matter what you bring.I believe most club tracks will do this so they can keep new racers and bring more interest to the hobby.

The only rules that we have for 1/8 scale electrics is the motor and esc MUST be made for R/C use,and the batteries also must be made for r/c use.
We allow up to 5 cell lipo, but most find 4 cell lipo more than enough.

Rules for the 1/8 electrics can be changed as this class get more popular.

Default Money Madness Race

To anyone that plans on attending:
We would like to hear from you if you plan on racing. We want to start establishing the classes that you will be running in and how many will be in each class. NO entry fees need to be paid until the day of the race. Just information at this point. We are picking up sponsors and will have plenty to give away the day of the race. It should be a fun day for all that attend.

Default Money Madness Race

12 days to our first annual money race. We will have to run with the I-lap system this year but we are working on an AMB system before years end. We would still like to hear from those that will be attending and to tell us what they will be running and in what class. Pre-payment is not required, just the information so that we can finalize what we need for trophies and classes. all A-Main finishers will be teched when they come off the track. We look forward to seeing you at the race.

Default Money Madness Race

Our first annual Money Madness Race is now in the books. Everyone said they had a great time. Track conditions were ideal and the competition was fierce. There were plenty of freebies to hand out and a Kyosho RT5 was auctioned as the final item of the day.We would like to thank those that helped us make this a great day. Their names will be posted on the website on our "Special Events" page. Final results can be found at www.evolutionrcraceway.com We hope to see you next year for a much larger race.

Default End of the season

We only have two more race days left to the season .This Sunday and Halloween day.
This has been a great season this year despite the rain .The I-LAP lap counter worked flawless all season ,we may be switching to the AMB/MyLaps system .We are only doing this to help bring more racers from out of state to our track were they run AMB.Besides that we are VERY happy with the I-LAP(www.rclapcounter.com) <-- give a plug for a great product.
Our Money Madness race ,we had a great turnout and racers were very happy with how everything was run.Racers can look forward to next years Money Madness race around the same time as this years. We are also considering a couple more big races next season as well as a point series.
Next season the track get's a little bigger and they layout will be mix of technical in the inside portion with a high speed section on the outside?

Again thank you to all racers that attended this season and hope to see you next season!!
