i was making the triple without a problem with the 1/10th scale's. the b4 has a 10.5 it was tapped out just to clear it. might switch to a 7.5 or 6.5 when i get my second RB5 but will see I really don't need that much motor on that track, my 5700kv/mamba powered zx-5 made it from a dead stop . but I will say the triple does have a ton of "pop" to it.

Not 100% yet on this but our first race should be this coming Sunday.

I hope you had fun with the track we are hoping to get the money to rent a vibrating compactor and make it 1/10 smooth!!

The track is tight that was our intension.
Good, tight, choose the best line to pass style of winning.
We did not want it to be the one with the biggest motor wins kind of track.

I hope your 1/10 was doing the double and not the triple!!!! the triple is huge for a 1/10.
your right about "tight" it felt like a touring car track but with dirt and jumps hopefully I'll be out that way next weekend

Yeah that triple is fun!!! I Have about 4 hours in working on that face to get it just about right. It should settle a little and be just about perfect.

man tdeal you guys did an awesome job on it, the layout is much more possible now, then before with some of the useless jumps, its an awesome layout that i could not get tired of! and that triple is insane now!, my losi can make it halfway into the turn after! that thing does have some pop! i like the double before the front straight, a nice jive section! only thing i dont like is the 4 humps off the straight takes some getting used to, not really enough room to land the whole thing, found out doin the first three then the last works good, nv, what time did you leave? i got there at like 5

a little past 4:30 you just missed me!! I had a great time the track was a little more constant earlier in the day after last nights rain most of the loomy surface was gone. what kind of car were you driving? those whoops are pain with 1/8 scale they are little to close together to set the car up right in the rhythm.. but with my 10th scale cars I was double-double'n the whoops without problems. you need to let your car roll off power into the corner(stay close to the apex) while still off power let the car jump the first set of whoops and then jump the second set on power. jumping the first set off power keeps the front end down and lets the suspension set up correctly to land on the downside transion of the first set while allowing enough room for an on power jump over the second set. I was able to do this lap after lap with out problems you just need to find the entrance speed and exit power to apply over the second set without over shooting the "s" turn just before the triple.. trust me I had about 3 guys ask me how i was making the jump all the time.
