bad news is the person that i was geting the building from started giving me a hard time wanting alot of money up front or in reserve ....so now im looking for a new location most likley will be further north but we will see ..... basically i fired my realestate guy cause he dropped the ball on this im sorry for the delay been really busy getting things straight.... i will keep you guys posted and ill see you at the races. rest assure ill be getting a space ASAP
because every day that i am not open i am losing money due to the fact that i already paid for the insurance for the quarter.

Sorry to hear about that, Revdup. Try and find a building that's got room for a dirt track and an asphalt one like Socal had with an oval around the outside! And try and avoid going further north if you can, it's already a long ways for some of us.

Well, I had a discussion with a friend of mine at Cactus over the weekend and he had some ideas for the track that could really be alot of fun. Still on-road and off-road......no nitro. It would be cleaner, easier to work with. Would probably make it easier to find someone willing to rent out a building as well. My "friend" is big in the industry, and he had some good ideas that I think would be alot of fun. Now that it looks like there will be a venue change, I think the ideas warrant looking into.....
