SORRY TO ALL THAT WENT OUT THERE ON MY WORD i thought that the track was not to bad. the way dan said it would only take an hour and one half to get the water up. well it didn't go as plained on 15 minutes after me and teeforb arrived it started raining super hard. once again i am sorry to all that wasted time and money to go up to nothing. i feel like a dick.

I wouldnt sweat it. Any of us that headed out there knew we were taking a chance. I was about half way there, when it started raining, so the wife and I just turned around. No biggy. Kiinda thought that may happen.

Next week is calling for rain too, but of course that may change.

No problem.

It started out as a bummer day, as we arrived in Temecula from SD to a bunch of rain.

However... We decided to call Revalation and they were having good weather up there, so we took another chance and this time it payed off. We got 3-4 solid hrs of practice in. It wasn't too busy, but the clouds were no where to be seen and the shape of the track couldn't have been better.

The SC8's run in their own class if enough show up. I'm bringing mine with me from now on. Zac has one. We are building a Jammin and Mugen CORR truck too and there are a couple nitros that run out there (a couple SC8's and a STRR converted). Even with 3 of them on the track, they looked awesome. Can't wait to get 7-10 out there, it's going to be nuts!

Wow - by "building one" do you mean you are planning on selling a Tekno corr conversion for those cars? I dont know how much ill be able to go up - once a month at least I hope, but ill have my sc8 with me. You guys could be starting a class here - awesome!

We took our MBX5T conversion (chassis, drive shafts, etc) and installed it on the MBX5 buggy (front, rear, and center assemblies) and basically created a long buggy, which is what the SC8 is. Bought an SC8 body and some SC8 tires/wheels and bam, SC8 Mugen style! We are doing the same thing with the Jammin'.
