A new lay-out would be awesome, but any adjustment to the current layout would be cool.

You mean the connector came unplugged or the solder joint came apart? I have a tough time pulling my deans connectors apart.

Did you get the truggy yet? I saw a couple of the 2.0 truggs at Rev. yesterday.....VERY NICE machine! They were selling them at airland for 599.00. of course tax on top of that. I beleive lhs cost is 549.00

I ran a 15 min. main yesterday at rev. (novice 1st place) and only burned up 3000mah. Do you still have rcpd mugen top plate? I want to put the rec. on the rear losi battery tray I am using, get a tekno motor mount and the rcpd top plate for the mbx6. I keep breaking motor fans and it is getting annoying. I ran all day yesterday without a fan (medusa 36-60-200), the motor temps were avg, 180 deg.

the connectors became unplugged!!! 2nd time this happened to me. i think i have a fix for it!!! i was totally hacked at the beginning of the race. put me to last. i ran my way through the pack and i was holding 3rd for the most of the race. it seemed that i caught 2nd place, but we bumped each other and i was the one that got spent around. so i maintained 3rd. the my plug became disconnected.

My truggy is coming this Thursday!!! i think i still have that top plate, i gotta check!!!

teeforb: If this is something that keeps happening, you should consider changing to another connector. I use TRX connectors and they work great. They are a lot like Deans on steroids. Bigger and easier to use.

Chris V: Sorry I couldn't show up with my SC8. I am planning to be there this coming weekend and should be ready to rock. Hopefully you guys will be ready too.

Zac

Zac, no problem! I was the only one to show up with mine. We need to figure out a schedule for us all when to bring them out. I think every other week would be good. They are super fun to drive and they look great on the track. Maybe we can all get ours out this weekend and rub some fenders. Saturday night was fun! Great racing in every class!

I have removed my gas dryer, heater and lawn mower from my property....all electric now! If I could just figure out what to do about my gastrointestinal gas! Maybe I could sell it at the track?

Matt and I are trying to get some our CORR trucks ready for the weekend. We'll have a Losi and a Jammin' hopefully, or possibly another SC8 (hmm, maybe we can do the Mugen...). I know of one other person who has one, but they won't be able to make it out for the race Saturday.

Racing should be fun Saturday, looking forward to it. See you at the track.

Whoa! If there's going to be an SC8 class I may forego Wed night practice and see if I can get out on Sat.
