Here is link to ARC's website with info about the Saturday Summer series that starts tomorrow and pics of the track.

http://www.arcraceway.com/

I believe that the track is closed today for track change/maintenance in preperation for the series opener.

track is pretty much done, i would say 95% done. several of us were out there today-all day. personally i like the lay out. because of the short time to make changes a lot of the existing lanes were used but the big difference is a lot of the jumps and obviousely some turns were changed to make for the new layout. track has a good mix of fast lanes, technicality, and some big jumps. had the opportunity to test the jumps with a buggy and we should be in for a good day of racing, (just dont go over the wall on the backside of the track)! see you all there.

what a long day at the track.
some guys put in an even longer day.
the track is pretty sick.
its weird because..its the same yet totally different.
nice and tight with some technical sections.
looks like a lot of fun to drive...see you all tomorrow!

Ok, looks like a bunch of guys cant make it , and now I have to go to Burbank to look at a real car for sale . So we'll have to reschedule for some other day. I have to work the next two saturdays, and Oct 4th is the finals for the JBRL electric series. We'll work it out for another day

Good thing this is not a electric track , seem's like it's really hard to get out there if you have a elctric for some reason

OK you guys are a bunch of punks. I didn't check this last night because I was getting my car ready for today. I guess we'll just spend the time at OCRC tomorrow then.
