Might wanna check if "HobbyPlex" isn't already trademarked or copyrighted?

We are looking at a 8am Open Time and we are going to try and start racing by 11:30. sign ups close at 11 on sundays and we are running oval on saturdays at 6 pm.


I dont know if you can copyright titles of business maybe if it is trademarked. Of course i wouldnt want to pay yearly trademark fees on that.

I would like to thank everyone for coming to opening weekend at E-team's Hobbyplex. We had a great opening with absolutely no problems what so ever!

We hope to see you at the first Wednesday race this week. And come all next weekend as we are looking at a bigger turn out.

hey now, hobbyplex isn't really that unique of a name. i wasn't my choice to begin with. and i have no way of changing it now, not that i would any way, just think of it as a throw back to the great place in omaha. speaking of which i hope the bid for nationals pans out. im going to the indoor champs and would love to got back to "The Plex" in march more experienced to rub with yari. btw i will never refer to our shop as that. we are looking to go out here in the beginning of the month for the race but i don't know if I'm going to afford it
