Are there any tracks, racers, enthusiasts in the upstate NY area? Specifically around Albany and the Capital District? I've found a few tracks but they don't seem to get a lot of attention and a good indoor track but it's a new LHS and they don't have the word out yet.

Any info at all would be good, everything seems to be NYC area or Buffalo area.
