I have no idea what to do with Joel this winter. I know people are running pan cars and touring cars. Anyone running anything else??? Is there a TT01 this year?

Default TT-01

I know there is a contigent of people who want to run TT-01 oval. I also assume there will be some interest in TT-01 road course.

Mabye we'll combine TT-01 Road with Tourig Car Sport - Dunno.

There's also the Slider class which looks sweet.

We will always make every effort to provide a class for everyone.

Default Track

The new track is going to be alot of fun, not alot of trouble, 1/10 Scale friendly.

PLEASE come out and give it a shot.

Pipster - Thanks for the clarification - now I get it. Please be patient, I'm a short bus rider when it comes to inuendos.

I'm not really in TT01 this year, but I think it makes more sense doing the road course than the oval. Silver cans and a 45x90? track doesnt sound terribly exciting. Any thoughts Travis?

Track Change! Counter-clockwise for the first time and long time. Should be fun.

Well, Becca will be running tt-01 oval or road either way, unless i can talk her into one of those sliders (if the class is big enough) I do have my tt-01 up for sale and as everyone knows it was well taken care of (ha ha) and all the specialized cheater parts come with it. Also I have a T4 factory team, ready to race, has a cyclone speeder and a decent servo not sure on the exact number and has a kamodo 19t mod motor in it, only seen the dirt once since i got it the beginning of the summer, brand new hole shot m3's and blade m3's on the front......pm me w/any offers on either

Default Racing

Response to earlier posts:

Gas Truck - Yes bring it .... we will find a class for you. The new track layout is very much 1/10 friendly - you will like it.

Schedule - Next week is the last race.......BUT.... we will be watching the weather... in the event of a rain out, there is a chance we could race the first Sunday in October.

The indoor track is set to open for testing during the first week in October. The track is going to be large, very much fun for everyone. We'll try to start out with a not too demanding road course to give everyone a chance to get dialed in.

PLEASE guys---- if you're out there and are thinking about racing ---- PLEASE come out and give it a shot, I'm sure you will be surprised at how friendly and helpful everyone is at The Altoona Raceway .... we always attempt to make classes for everyone!

Let's Go Racing!

I was just talking to this guy who is responsible for building top BMX tracks around the world. He has also done some rc tracks. He was telling me that a great spray on treatment is either Tide or bleach. He said it helps the dirt retain moisture.
