He was also told that the transponders were shipped and lost, then he was told that USPS sent him a check but it was lost as well, then he was told that they were never even worked on.

I'm sure that Rob appreciates you having his back and all but it would be better if you actually took the time to read a little so you would know what you are typing about. Saying that you haven't even read them really gets rid of any of your credibility in the matter.

If you don't care then that is perfectly fine, you certainly aren't required to. However, I would be willing to bet that you would care if it was your club that was ripped off and couldn't even get so much as a phone call from the "stand up guy" that has them. A phone call is not too much to ask from anyone. This entire matter could be resolved with a simple five minute phone call. Just think, one call and you all would be free of speedybill forever.
This might be stating the obvious, but if he already paid for one set of the transponders to be done, I think it would be reasonable common sense to be charged the same or some factor there of.

Someone that actually took the time to read the pm's and someone that races at the track that is now four transponders short. I am also a paying sponsor for the club through my business. This means that money that I spend at the track will have to be used to buy more transponders rather than something else that it needs. So in effect I have had money stolen from me as well.

Not necessarily, if only three could be repaired then he would be paying for three, not four. If there was another problem that was repaired then it could be extra. If the price wasn't agreed on before they were sent then it is best to find out the actual amount due rather than sending the incorrect amount.

* I also want it to be known that I have absolutely no problem with anyone here. I don't even know if I have ever met any of you and I would like to think that you are all very good people. I even like the fact that you all stand up for your race director/friend. That shows that you all have character. The only thing I would like to see is for the seller to contact Bill and resolve the issue.

I read it like he paid and didnt get the transponders, or not paid, or Izuk can bench more, or Morris wants to fight speedybill mma style, or go broke back style. Regardless, this is the best thread on rctech-keep it up! Let me go refill my popcorn

Nobody even knows where they are and if they have even had new batteries installed. At one point it was stated that they were shipped. Then it was stated that they were lost in shipping. Then it was stated that he hasn't even had time to work on them yet.

Which is it? Does he even know where they are? We don't.

This is the problem and it could all be taken care of with a simple phone call. This has been going on for months now, it's pathetic. If he doesn't have time to repair them then that will be fine too, it happens, just send them back.
