Can we still pre-register on rcsignup.com? Then have the full 2 hours to practice.

Ah yeah Tom- thinking ahead Youre gonna have a blast! Altoona seems to be the e scale capital of PA tracks so far. Im guessing Sat will be the biggest E 1/8 buggy turn out Ive ever seen!(im sure Sunday will be great too Tom)

We are planning a good turn out both days. With a cash payout on Saturday for E-Scale and cash prize on Sunday for SCT (20+ trucks), why not just come both days? If you race Saturday, Sunday's race is free.

I'm planning on being there both days. Not sure what I'm racing Saturday but looks like the Slash on Sunday.

Looks like it's going to be a nice turnout.

I try I'm excited to try this track out. Just trying to get everything organized. Hoping for a good turn out for e-scale on Sunday.

Robwike- Where are some close by hotels? I'm thinking of staying saturday night and racing sunday.

Tom - there are a BUNCH of hotels in Altoona, all close to the track, to try to make a list of them would take forever. My suggestion is to go to hotels.com and look for hotels in Altoona, PA. Look for the best price and give them a call. All the ones I can think of are pretty nice, no real dumpy ones I can think of.

That is just my suggestion, maybe someone else on here has some inside connections or something, but thats the best idea I can think of

If you need lodging:

Call the Econo-lodge, mention Charity race at Altoona Raceway. Room price is only $39.99. You must mention the charity race.

Their number is 814 944 3555

There will be 3 Porta-Johns for this weekend. I want to designate one of them for FEMALES, please use the gender appropriate one.
