Is that right?!?!?!?

Let the Smack Talk begin!

In all actuality, there is nothing holding you from that! You've got good equiptment, so now you can just concentrate on driving.

Maybe considering hiring a crew to help you lift your leg that high

Not on here for a few days and OSR is back...I remember a couple years ago when he posted under OSR and nobody could figure out who it was.

By the way this is Sam...Looking forward to racing with you again Mike...do you still have that Mugen you bought from me? I think you only raced it a couple times. Rob (the new owner) has an MBX-5R...I think. I would like to run my ancient gas truck but there probably won't be any...maybe I could run with the electrics even if it's a disadvantage. I also have a Slash for my son (6) to run and I'll run that if he doesn't go.

It's not just a slash anymore. OFNA and Jammin both have vehicles for this class. 4WD traction should not be an issue like it is with the 2wd versions also. So tires really are not a huge factor as much as the current classes. As we are seeing in touring cars, the esc is the major edge over the competition in the brushless world. You can have all the advantages, but crappy driving is not going to put a driver up front. Take Tom Stober, the guy could drive just about any vehicle and still be up front without all the hop-ups.
Im with jason on this one....open it up and let em race!! anything goes!!! Only rule that should remain is the 2cell lipo! If you want spec run regular slash. I know I am looking at all the 4wds that are on the verge of coming out and frankly I would give up my b44 to run 4x4 sct mod.

I have a HOT BODIES D8 that I bought a tekno electric conversion for. I would love too see a strong field of 1/8 electric buggy, but if not I can put the nitro lump in it and hit the track.

NO BRAD, I didn't say I have a hot body!

Default Tech Question

Does anybody have experience with the Tekin RX8 and T8 motors yet? I was wondering what the "1.5y" and "2.5d" stands for as far as their 1900kv and 2050kv motors go. I need to buy a speeder and motor, but I'm a little confused.

Default Brad need not reply

I already asked brad last night and he seems confused as well. F.Y.I. Brad will return your call no matter what time it is, where you are at, or no matter what you might be doing at around 11:00 at night !

Bring on the oval. Here is my car I ran last year. I'm currently building another one for a backup this year. 1/8 scale LM is the most fun I have ever had in 25+ years of RC. I'm also going to convert a Baja 5B to a LM or EDM.
