Default Slash Spec Class?

Really? NO modifications other than receiver and shock caps? I might be able to afford to take my son racing this Summer? COOL! I like the TRS price too

How many are expected to go this way this Summer?

I've been painting a lot of these bodies, the Slash is very popular everywhere.

Hi all! Us Hults' have missed racing. Maybe we can join in again soon

Chris, The Slash class is going to be huge. Chuck is working extremely hard on it. I think the plan is to keep everything stock and only create an expert class after support for such a thing is clear.

The RC Pro Series is even signing up tracks all over the country for Slash racing and they are going to monitor all the results. I'm curious how or what they are going to do with all the results.

Its the easiest way ever, to get into RC racing.

Come to think of it Stobey, Ed has done nothing but talk about the Slash class since it's inception at TRS! In his own time he will come out of the closet with his love for that truck and it's class!

Are you going to make it this weekend?

I'm all conflicted about the Slash.

I've been been at the track practically every weekend with my stadium truck ready to race for the past 5 years only to watch everyone quit and/or switch classes.

Now the Slash is bringing 2wd electric back, which I think is going to be great for the turnout and the track.

But the problem is my relatively ancient $185 team T4 is so technically advanced compared to the Slash thats its illegal? So if I want to get back into stadium truck racing, I'll have to park my T4 and buy a Slash that comes with a brushed motor and a radio I dont need or want.

Maybe Wonaberacer was right about us afterall and its time for some new guys to get in and get racing and getting it back to being fun again.

LOL!!!! Well, unlike some of these other guys, I would simply run 2 classes if need be. I'd run my mod 2wd or mod truck and the Slash class as a stress reliever.
