Today was my first time racing out at the track and it was great. Aside from the steering and motor wire problems my Evader was having. I'll get that taken care of this week. I cleared all the jumps no problem, and managed to keep somewhat control through out the track. All went pretty good for a first timer. Even passed someone. I def. gotta put my spoiler back on as the back end was sliding around Way to much, giving me problems in the straight away.
Before next week i have to solder my motor leads,install rear wing, and get my steering in order. I deffinetly got to get rid of this AM stuff and switch to FM or 2.4ghz. I'm not getting the control i'd like.

Yeah, Kinda rushed out and left my charger (AC/DC Peak charger type) in the box under someones table. I'm pretty sure someone seen it as it was amongst the Power cord and Surge Bar, but, if someone could Hold onto it for me, I'll give you a couple bucks for holding it for me.
If someone found it, would you give me a Call at 814-215-3518. I'll pick up Thanks, it would be awesome if someone picked it up.. and could hold it till i can get it.

Depsite some computer problems, the race day operations were excellent today. We went through the rounds quickly and got done by 5!
Drift nut - Good job today. Its not easy to keep a car running for 3 rounds. I hope whoever found your charger calls you or posts something here.
RaceAce - I checked the TRS website and it appears to ROAR race for 8/2 has been cancelled:
Due a complete lack of information, promotion and organization from ROAR, the Altoona Raceway will not be hosting a region 2 race this Saturday (8/2)
There wont be a Roar Race this weekend.

I didnt think there ever was a Roar race scheduled there for this weekend, I think it was a misunderstanding. I know the first leg of the four race series is scheduled there for Aug. 23rd
the weekend i planned on running and bringing the almighty BIGGHEAD with me my wife wants to argue with me about racing....wish i would have came out...i dont know but im hoping to make it there this weekend....will have to wait and see....
i also have a xx4 on the way.....i got a great deal on it so im hoping it gets here so i can get it all ready for the race.
Matt, Wished you could have been there Sunday. I had a flashback to touring car season when I was battling Doug for the 4wd mod Main.
If the XXX4 wasnt working for you, why would you get a XX4?
Brian, The ROAR race that was scheduled for 8/2 was going to be for Gas Truck and Truggies.
I am a definate for Mod Truck and 4wd Mod for the ROAR race on 8/23. I just hope that the TRS and ROAR can resolve the promotional issues by then.
I checked the ROAR website a couple weeks ago and there was absolutely nothing posted about the Region 2 race dates. If they cant even give the TRS a shout out for hosting the race, why pay the fees?

The XX4 is much better than the XXX4 on rough tracks so they re-released it a while back. I had a XX4 and it was a good car but a pain in the but to work on.

mills this race if you would have check this site it was scheuald earlier this year when roar wanted to give other tracks races but i see roar hasn't talked to these guys since setting up the dates. also this was a nitro race except electric truck.so this wouldt include yu. this race would have enough for a bmainLOL
anybody coming to mcculloughs this weekend for some electric racing? i am planning on coming out on the 23rd for the first round of the roar points running 2wd and 4wd mod
