what day of the weekend will racing be held the website says sundays but i have heard its changed to saturdays?

yes racing will be on saterdays this summer.unless it rains it will be moved to sunday..

They have switched to Sunday for this weekends practice day 4/6 and and opening day 4/13. Regular racing will switch to Saturdays starting 4/19.

I'm not sure exactly why but by switching to Sunday for the first two weekends it gives them some extra time to get things ready.

I won't mention what he's a master of on here...there's younger kids that read these forums.

Maybe I'll see some you tomorrow and next Sunday but probably never on Saturday's. Looks like I'll be doing some travelling this year to race. It would be nice if she could be off Saturday's so I don't have to watch the kids.

Higgins - Hi it's Sam Crawford, I don't know how close Altoona is for you but it's fun racing there. Good people and it's pretty laid back...nice to just walk across a field for wings and beer after racing too. I've been in that having kids and can't go racing much phase. Altoona is pretty close for me, when they ran on Sunday's it worked out good because that days open for me.

Just moved here to State College from FL, havent been to altoona track but Huntingdon Raceway was really cool. The track is really good and it was packed for their first race on the 29th.

Looks like opening day was a big success. I'm sorry I missed it. Dray2k, just check out the action from opening day, it might help you decide if its wort the trip.

One thing the TRS does do better than most is post results and videos.

i just checked out the vids for tune day..i see good old b-roeder showed up for some practice.well i was going to put the new engine in my gas tuck yesterday to find out that somebody stole it out the back of my car.it had to happen within the last 2 weeks...it was there 2 weeks ago when jeff and i were talking about it...so i guess i wiont be running that class....dame anyways

i guess that was 50 bills down the drain.
waiting to here if the xxx4 got sent out today or not.
