Jim - I have a J Concepts body from my t4 that looks new and the paint job is awesome...much nicer in person than the pic. I only ran it 2-3 weeks so if it will fit I'll take $35 for it shipped.

Matt, I cant speak for everyone, but I can think of any reason to ever put foams back on my touring car.

As of tonight the road course has been changed. We now have a very fast 'L' shaped sweeper into turns 1 and 2. Expect low 10 second laps. Maybe even nines. We also have some new corner dots.

As with any track change, there are some areas with less traction than we are accustomed too, but the racing should be better than ever once the carpet is full of compound and rubber.

The oval is unchanged.

Thanks Jeff! I'm cautiously optistic about the new layout and corners.

Travis and I ran about 25 laps each and hit a few of the 'dots' just about head on with no broken parts. If you hit one them hard enough your car will get some air and spin around.

My real concern is that the track is not too fast. If we start running 9 second laps we will have to make it a bit more technical and slower. I would like to keep the fast laps over 10 seconds if at all possible.

D4Man - Have fun. MMMMMMM carpet!

I'm prepared to change my entire setup if I need too. I wrote everything down.

Ed and Brad - nice job, track looks great, I'm going to do some work at the shop tonight, hopefully I'll get to turn a few laps on the new layout.

echo - rubber tires are much better than foamies - their longevity and lower racing cost makes it easier to attract new racers and keep the ones you've got. However from a sales perspective foams, lipo's and brushless all suck, nothing wears out and therefore sales are pittiful, lol, but the upside is racers are happier and save money so its better for racing.

4man, I bet you'll have more fun than you're anticipating. carpet is where its at for a traction addict like yourself. You should pick up a touring car and do some circuit racing in toon town.
