Chuck
I ran about 5 minutes before the center pin at the slipper that had the rubber o-ring started to come out. The o-ring had moved from the groove. The front and rear cva I had shrink tubing on them so that's all I will do for the that slipper pin. I had a old 3300 pack that I ran just to feel the car out and with pink slicks and trinity gray foams, the car was real good with the stock set-up. I also shimmed the front cva's at the wheels so it moved the pin on the cva in the outdrive a little more. With the droop the car has, the pin was very close to falling out.
I have been running the gold shafts in my T4, with the stock o-rings and no green slime I have not rebuilt them for 4 weeks of racing. No signs of leaking and I check them every week and they rebound the same with no 'sticktion'. I like them a lot better than the old shafts.

track maintenance, I'll try to get a few extra sticks of 2" pipe just to clean up the barriers some, and some colored tape to do some touch up.

Awesome touring car A race video, my favorite video yet
last to first in one week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But the way the competition is, its also conceivable to go from first to last in a week too!!!!!
that was perhaps the most intense race i was ever in, thanks for racing with us guys, that was a ton of fun!!!!!!!
See you throughout the week or next friday.

Doug, Great race.It was only a matter of time before you got your car hooked up! With all these guys getting so much faster, its going to be a battle for the top 6-7 guys just to get into the show.
For the NASCAR crowd, I was checking the Steel City Hobbies website. Congrads to Bob Rhodes on his 1st place finnish in the 13.5 class
Results:

The second thing I noticed looking at the pictures of their track is that they have a similar 'paper-clip' type oval, but they were able to create a wider oval by simply making the laminate corners bigger:

Its a simple solution we may want to consider.
