pics are a from last year though, layout is a little different now. Terrain is baseball field dirt/clay, no sand. When it's dry it is hard and Holeshots work well, otherwise BowTies or Crimefighters. If it gets cool and damp at night, the top will get a little loose...

Weather is looking to be nice, and it's the start of a 3 day holiday weekend, what could better? Anyone interested in attending can pm me your class, frequency and pt# if you have one. This way we can enter your info into the database and speed up registration. First heat will go off promptly at 7:00pm.

Very, very true! I'm trying to get an 8ight too, so I'll race that if and when I get it.

What to bring:

-Table and chair
-Extension cord, power strip may be helpful
-Pit light (This is a night race)
-Food and drink is optional. There is a convienence store within walking distance. Also close is Roy Rogers, Dunkin Donuts, and a local hobby shop.
-There is an air compressor on site, you don't need to bring one.

For those of you coming, here is some more detailed track location info.... Van Buren Ave. is located directly between the "Beach House" restaraunt and "Jersey Outboards" on the left (Northbound side of Route 9). It is a dirt road. Look for a white sign "K & B Auto" Track is 100 yards on left. Pits will be in the driveway, parking will be on the right side of the dirt road.

We got together Friday night and had a good time! Turnout was a little light, but there was still some good racing! We uncovered some minor bugs in our program (software, loop issues and sound), but we are addressing them this week and inviting everyone and anyone back this Friday evening for a FREE race day!!! (That's right, no charge!) Come on out and have some fun. We will run it as a normal race, just to be sure everything is smoothed out for the official start of our points series.

Thumbs up THANK YOU

Yes, it was a good night and a few of the local "Hot Shoes" came up to check things out! BIG THANKS to everyone that came out!

Looking forward to the "Welcome to the track race", this Friday night!

Personal transponders are HIGHLY recommended, and will be available at the track.
