Default Offroad in Maryland?

Hi,

Is there any offroad track in Maryland?

I've heard at the LHS (Hobbyworks in Laurel)that soon we'll have a new offroad track close.
Is there anyone who knows more about this?
Thanks.

I dont know where you live in Maryland but there is a offroad track in Shippensburg PA which is about 35 mins from Hagerstown. There is also a track at Hobbytown USA in Fredrick Maryland but its only an indoor carpet track for onroad cars. Hagerstown or an area close to Hagerstown needs a nice Offroad track. The hobby is becomming quite big around here.

The track in Frederick is a super smooth indoor asphalt not carpet track. There is also an offroad track in Pasedena, Md.

Where's the track in Pasadena?

I've heard that Pasadena Offroad Raceway is closed, they're building another track now.

It's off RT100 in the Glen Burnie area. I think the exit off of 97 is Gilberts Island, I can't remember. I use to get off that exit to go to my dads so much it is second nature and don't remember what it's called, just were it is.

I have been going to RC PRO RACEWAY in Gloucester VA lately. its only 1 1/2 hours from the 301 bridge. Awesome offroad track. Not that far for a good race program.

any word on approximately when Pasadena will open up and where it is supposed to be? Also will it be primarily 1/8 scale or will people be running 1/10? I want to race, but Pasadena is closest to me, and I want to race Stadium truck class. Trying to find the best place. It will either be here or NRC. Pasadena is closer so it would be nice if I could race there, but I guess I'll see when I get an answer. thanks

If you want anymore info on the track in Shippensburg, PA let me know. It's real easy to get to, literally just off I-81. Our first race will be April 28th, we'd love to have you there!

Hey Beeen. Do you know how much the entry fee is gonna be for the races. I drove up there 3 weeks ago and talked to Garland about racing there. It sounds really cool and its only obut 30 mins away from my house in Hagerstown. Im gonna try to make it to the first race. I really dont have anything special for my truck tho so i dont know i might just watch the first time.
