Default ERC Raceway Parkersburg WV

I would like to share our new carpet track with everyone. We just opened two weeks ago. The track is 57'x48' with a 57'x4' pit lane. The drivers stand is 10' high and 65' long. We are using CRC Racing Carpet. All lanes are at least 8' wide, with two straight stretchs at 57'. We are using the TrackMate scoring system which works real well for carpet racing. There is some elevation changes which give the track some real character. There are two rows of pit tables that are 4'x32 each. There is still room for you to set up your own tables if you like. There is electric. In the coming weeeks we will be adding shelving to the pit tables and have electric built into the tables. There is also a concession stand. You can check the web site for more pictures and info on what classes we are running and the rules we are using. Saturday is our race day. If you have any questions you can give us a call or drop a email.

Hope to see you soon!

Thumbs up What a great track

ERC is a great facility that the parkersburg area has needed for a long time.
With the great track and plenty of pit space there have been a lot of racers showing up, also there have been many sponsored drivers showing up. There has been some great competition in all of the classes. There are people running in all classes, even brushless classes. Also some good food that isn't over priced. Ed thanks for the great facility and all of the fun you have brought to parkersburg.

Dude, that's some serious groove for just a couple weeks of racing.

What traction compounds are allowed?

We allow everything except TQ. CRC told me everything else was OK.
