Not worried at all. With the size of Bills track indoor...I don't think it's as much of an issue like it COULD be on a bigger track. All for fun anyhoo.Whens the next race day?Looking to get back into it.M

I'll be there...maybe taking a ride out sooner anyway.
was wondering if there was still an F1 class running out there...i have an F201 and am picking up a new F103RM and would love to race them.
last stupid question ...any thoughts on a vintage transam class or pan car class ?...the new Associated and CRC cars look really hot and protoform has relaeased a sweet gt style body
just wondering

F1 kinda died .....many went to the 18r.Fast,fun,and cheap, lotsa laughs.Bring it anyway as a couple of us still have em.Would love to revive the class. No one talking about the vintage class, the newer pan cars...not yet but.....I might put together my old one and play...see what happens with that.Bill just increased the race fees so that might have more of an impact on people running multiple classes...we'll have to see.

it's not that expensive...you don't really need a high end chassis....the body and tires really limit the top end speed....plus the final drives are even so the racing is really close

I would like to see us follow the USVTA rules to the letter.I talked with Bill Marshal today and he will consider the class especially if it is along the lines of a spec class,(the man enjoys spec type racing). The rules I see in the usvta are well thought out and looks to be inexpensive. I am hoping to get this class going at Prospeed, definitely for next season we NEED MORE LOCALS . If we get this class at Marshals count me in.By the way we will be racing at Prospeed on Sept 14th stop by and bring some of your fellow racers and race we will start the class that day!
