i think the lipo idea is good and instead of running the spec motor, we could run nething to get away from the ultrabird only motor rule. it should just be an open stock touring with no rule on the motor. i think going brushless might b a little expensive but if everyone is game, im game for it. ive always wanted a brushless nd there again with brushless we could all work on our setups instead of worrying about who has the best motor or getting more power.

f103 gt rules

gt or lmp body Courage lmp, porsch, viper, vett, mistang, comaro, ferrari, ect)

stock silver can purple endbell house motor

and any 3000 sticl pack

rubber tire only

like i stated before lipo and brushless shoub b option in the stock class run what u want and what u can afford
nimh and brushed
nimh and brushless
lipo and brushed
lipo and brushless

just 2 let everyoin know the ORL2 series as well as a fair amout of tracks are now running brushed stock and brushless stock in the same class as they are the same speed so if we allowed brushless that dosent mean that everyon has to be brushless as brushed can keep up with and bear brushless

u decide what u want 2 run it should all b in one class we dont need to thin it out by makin 4 different classes one large class is better

watever u guys decide i guess im guna stay out of it because i was happy the way things were last winter

but rembmber everyon u have 2 talk 2 BILL first if no one talk 2 him about there ideas the rules willl stay the same as last winter
this includes the weight issue!!

Any make body as long as it's a GT style.Trying to stay true to the actual class.Don't really want the Dna/Alfa stuff.I have a LMP Courage car and one with the Tamiya NSX I'm looking to run,for example.Diversity, fun etc.We are trying for a spec rubber.Maybe 2 compounds?Alex??If not 2 then I would say 27 premounts? Alex??? Gearing is open.Run the stock or whatever pitch. This is more to be a basically stock, more fun enthusiast class.Now.....to the other stuff.Geez,go away for a bit and all hell breaks loose. This whole Lipo/rubber thing.Since nobody can decide....It seems Bill will be the decider. It is his track too.I'll try to get his thoughts this weekend and post Em.Remember too much diversity only dilutes the classes.I think it is better to have one strong competitive class than a few smaller classes. While I prefer rubber for example if it's to be foam so be it.Thoughts?I don't think He's going to go for the open motor idea.I would like that myself but.....The lipos,He wasn't too keen on them last year, let's see this year.Don't see that as a major issue tho as the minimum weight will even things out.Brushless He might be open to,let's see.Whew! And on it goes.Mario.
