Default Manassas, VA Hobby Town

The Manassas Hobby Town will start racing again at the end of April after not getting to race last year.
I have started a forum for them, and any other things people would like to see me add that is related to R/C stuff.
You can get to it at the following.

New Forum in the Manassas Virgina Area

Click on the above forum, to find more info, or ask questions.

The racing will be for beginners on up and a good way to get a feel for things if you have never raced.
First race/trial, with a test and tune will be the Last Sat. in April the 29th.

Directions to the track, and other info can be found at the above site, or ask what questions you may have.

It is only about a week away from the first Test and Tune day and the track opening.
This is a free race, and if you have never given it a try, bring what you have and come on out.
If you have a Monster truck, or anything else that might not be common to racing bring it on out, I am sure they can find a class.

Below is off their page at the following
Page link to Info

Racing starts Saturday, April 29 at the VRE Broad Run Parking Lot. This is a free practice to ensure that all our digital lap timing and counting equipment is working properly. Track set up at 8:00 am. Registration 10:00. Open practice 10:00 -11:00. Heats start at 11:00.

Default Races are back on

I just wanted to drop a note here and tell all that the races are going again this Sat. the 22nd of July, and it will be the last race in the 1st series.
The 29th the 2nd series for the 2006 year will start, and will race each Sat. best 7 of 9 races.
If you are in the Manassas Virginia area and want to race your car, or Truck, bring it on out.
If you have any questions, drop me a note.
See you there.

bump

New track layout and new points session starting this week. If you're in the MD/Northern VA area, come on out!

We usually have a good turnout, but the more the merrier!
