Are there any indoor carpet tracks in the San Diego area? I was kind of hoping to find something in a 20 mile radius? Thanks in advance.......

Sorry to say, nothing in San Diego at all at the moment for on-road. Off-road outdoor track in Santee and Palomar Flyers for big 1/8th scale off-road.

yeah.. i use to talk mad smack about the old discount hobby warehouse indoor track way back when.. damn i wish had it back... ahh.. the memories..

ravenos i never new discount hobby warehouse had a track back then. they moved mow to clairmont mesa blvd. i got there for my rc heli's planes and cars most of the time.

oh yeah.. back when they were on convoy ct... i think that building is a bridal thing ?? anyhow, it was nice.. thats where people like mike lee, mike scoobe, roy powell, erik solderquist, the salgados, aj, and a few others would go..... then they put an offroad track out back.. then moved to the current location their at now...

they were at convoy st. 2 times right. one bigger that is closer to the office depot then the one little one close to the car wash now at the clairmont blvd. wow thats pretty cool. man i wish i shouldve got into rc cars back then.

yeah.. for me, those were the good ol' days in san diego...
we had discounts indoor onroad track, the off road out back, some of us would even go to the old navel training center to the onroad and offroad there. hell, sometimes marty salgado, jerry, nick, and myself would make the trip up to the yorba linda onroad track...
