We only hit full throttle for a couple seconds then have to let off for the sweeper.
Thanks for the insight. I was watching youtube videos of the track and it didn't seem that big, more of a short technical track it seemed. I can be mistaken also.

Compared to Mike's Houston yes, Mike's Dallas is very tight. Good lap times for F1 on the current layout is high 12's to low 13's. 27 to 28 laps in a 6 minute qualifier.

We do 8 minute mains with one pit stop for F1 during club races.

Default Tecas EOS round 2!

Texas EOS is fast approaching and I am hoping for a nice F1 turnout on the carpet. There's no reason we cant have a C main for a big event like the Texas EOS. If all the local drivers put this event in their schedule plus all the traveling racers around Texas and Oklahoma make it then the sky is the limit.

Local or not please sign up at: http://www.rccarcalendar.com/event_d...?event_id=2037

Pre-registering makes for a much smoother running program. Payment is on-line too so the day of the event all you have to do is check in and everything else is already handled.

I will be signing up later today and hope to see a lot more names added to the F1 class.

If you have the rc4 hybrid it will work. If its the 3 wire rc4 it will not work.

I will try to make it out this Saturday to get my F1 groove on!!! Been out of the racing scene the last three weeks and need to knock some rust and dust off before the Texas EOS race.

I will be there to race F1 this weekend too 7/13/2013. Hopefully many more will come on out. The layout has been changed and I was told it is the E.O.S. layout but we are going CCW until then. Week of the E.O.S. direction will switch back to CW and we will have a new track to learn but the groove will already be layed down.

I practiced on the new CCW layout Monday night. Its a lot of fun and more flowing than the last few layouts. Will be a good F1 and Mod sedan layout.
