Default Tracks near by

We have a hobby shop and track here in Shreveport. Look at the Louisiana forum in rc tech. TnT speedway. Offroad, oval and an indoor course for electric. Also you can go to rc offroad.net. There are several tracks not far from you.

That is my hometown and there is nothing there. In the 80's and 90's there was a speed shop that carried some stuff and had a little track behind the store, but they stopped selling rc's and leveled it.

The closest track/hobby shop in Texas is probably Mike's Hobby Shop in Carrolton or Indy RC in Garland...guess you could come down like once a month or something???...what type of car do you run???

If you need more info on these tracks let me know and i'll put up the links to their websites...

I live in Texarkana, and the closest place to race is Tand T speedway in Shreveport. They have indoor paved oval, Short course, Sprint car and vta, they also have an outdoor track for sc and 1/8 buggy, and truggy, nitro and electric. Check them out on the Lousiana track forums. I race there every chance I get. PM me if you have questions.

I'm looking at getting back into RC after a couple years out. Wife gave me a choice between RC and tabletop gaming and I'm looking at RC at the moment with a $1000 budget for everything. I'll give them a call tomorrow and see what's up with that. If they have a decent track, I wouldn't mind dropping in every other weekend and running on it.
