Man the Dang heat is already getting to everyone and its only Thursday .....TEAM FTR will be there on Saturday for some racing but hopefully not Sunday ...wink wink some of us have s*** to do on Sunday so let's be respectful to everyone that's going to come out and brave the heat let's do what we came to do and get home (besides its not going to take fristo three heats of running 2nd to relize that's as good of a starting spot as he's going to get )

Ok just to settle this and get the thread back on topic, 3 rounds at 70 minutes per round providing we run all 7 classes is 210 minutes, give 20 minutes for water after the first round is 230. A 30 minute nitro main plus 10 minute mains for the other classes is 90 minutes. That brings us to a total of 320 minutes. That is about 5 and a half hours which puts us around 11:30. Does anyone have a issue with ending around then? I hate to cut a round of heats out and will try everything possible to keep from doing it. I am here for the hobby because I enjoy it and want to provide everyone with plenty of racing for their money so come out and lets race! I am ready to get some mud on the tires!

So with them numbers why is always 11 or later when your done and you start at 2??? Just asking whats going to be so different

These numbers are based on the way we ran the June Jam. Usually we say we will start at 2 but ends up more like 3. Then we water the track 3 times and then we take our time so most people do not feel rushed and can enjoy their choosen hobby. On a normal race day we can move through the program a lot faster and get done by 830 or 9 if everyone wants to do it like that. It is a bit more difficult to get volunteer marshalls when you have a class that only has 3 or 4 entries. Plus most people that know our track enjoys running the mains under the lights when the moisture comes back up so planning a time schedule for that has proven difficult to get just right. Hope this answered your questions.

boneyard race
guys it's still going to be hot any way you look at it got another short course truck i would like to run but the big race ended way to late and i don't live far away just don't really want to be that late again when i get home i know the out of towners don't want to either just try to find a way to cut some time cut heat times & mains it wouldn't be that bad to knock some time off just a suggestion
