Default eBay Shipping Help???

Ok, so I sold a spare Durango. I had it plainly stated in the description that I would only ship to contiguous US. The guy that bought it is from CANADA.

I don't want to toss it out right out of the gate, but has anyone had any experience shipping to Canada. Too much hassle? Smooth? When I typed in the shipping cost it came up to like 80 bux to ship it to Laval Canada...

What say ye people in the know?

I have avoided it at all costs, did it once and was a pain and expensive.
Show him the amount to ship and let him know he owes you that...if he doesn't like it you can always do a second chance offer to the second highest bidder.
It's not your fault he can't read.

I never had any problems, It does cost a FEW maybe 5 more dollars to ship... the customs form is no harder to fill out than your own address. I just sent a servo to canada and only paid $2.18 and it only took 5 days for him to get it.
