What car do you have ? I was hoping that they will run 4WD oval as well although I do have a Hyperdrive Pro2 which I will be running. Hope to see you racing !!!!!!!

Default touring oval

Hey Heath you should break out that Cuda to run on the oval, lol. Im sure it would run fast turning only left too. Heck my buddy Paul has and touring car im sure he would race and Henry's car makes 3. Doesn't 3 make a class? It might be a easier way for some guys to run oval.

Sure thing Dennis....I'd like to try 4WD oval racing. Although I got rid of my BMI chassis, I still have the stock TC3 chassis that I'm dusting off spider webs etc...LOL Do you know what type of carpet is it going to be? Ozite or the ones like at the 'Bird thingy? Coz I only got foams from Kawahara, 37 shore for TC3. I hope they'll be enought to start with. Anyways.....it sure looks like it's gonna be lots of fun ...either pan car or 4wd.........

GO FAST TURN LEFT

From what I understand it will be ozite and a replica of the track at the snowbirds except for the infield which will be 14ft or so across and the snowbirds is usually 16ft. Track will be really loose i'd say for a couple weeks being new carpet so a softer tire will work better at first. Hope to see ya out there.

Scott J. bring your tc3 out to run on the oval if you can, heck drag a couple touring guys from Knoxville to if you head over

Need directions from Bristol. Are they going to use ARCOR or OPEN / ROAR racing ? Coz if it's ARCOR, I need new batteries.

Dennis I will have to pass on the TC's for awhile. I don't have any six cell packs. The ones I have I have broke down to run in stock. Unless we run some sort of ARCOR rules.

My cuda and yoke both have batteries on the right side of the chassis. I'll just set back and see what develops. If there is a road course, I'll be there.

Well I just got back earlier from the track. Its a nice place and a nice track. The carpet was way loose but thats usual for new carpet. They got a few bugs to work out this week as expected but they plan on racing this Sat. and the track will be open Fri. night for practice. The track has a 160ft runline with 12ft lanes and a 14 ft. infield. Very fun to race on!!

Hey Dennis, did they tell you what format will they be using.....ARCOR or ROAR/open ? Just wanted to know what to bring... theres no hobby shop on the premises yet ? AAA is the closes (about 20 miles). Or Hobbytown in JC. I'll be there friday for practice for sure but iffy for saturday. Will give a try with my old favorite ADX for carpet. Can;t afford CW Aggressor, too expensive. I've heard Brad Hayes team up with Maverick & will be coming up with a new car almost identical to the one that he was suppose to collaborate with Fantom. Anyways, see you friday. Thanx for the info.
