Some people want to wait until all of the bugs get worked out of a new place. I used to be the same way. I didn't like to sit around all night and have to put up with things that should have been taken care of before hand. I understand their point. Art has never ran an oval show and most of the people at KSLR hasn't seen an organized oval race. Art is learning every day how to run these races because they are ran alot more differently than off-road and he is not used to that. I am showing him the best ways to get the show done in a timely fashion. One of the big things to running a good show is that there is no waiting. I don't care who you are if you are not out on the track when it is time to start then you don't run that round. There are 3 heats to get a good run in. Missing one is not going to kill your chance in making the A-main.

if your only going to run 1 time a month why build it? i drive 3 hrs. to ky. now i thought i had found a closer track,but i guess not.I was going to run the O N S but i would like to get on the track before that.

Every other week, its because us off road guys like to play on your off week have you run the oval yet? I'm not an oval guy but it looks nice. Maybe ask for a practice day although the weather hasn't been nice lately.

Check your pm box. I am going to be out of town till the 10th and I told Art to just run the off-road till I get back. With all of the weather that we have been having I want the off-road guys to have a little more time to play while I am gone. The oval is ready with a blowing of the leaves from the storms we have had. If you feel like you need to go to KY then by all means go. After the 16th KSLR will be going every other Saturday from then on.

1/10th scale electric (converted SC truck) DLMRA rules apply

Just run street fighters, slicks, or foams.

1/8th scale buggys, gas or electric. SC trucks, 1/10th scale bug, 1/10 scale touring, Legends, Stadium trucks, Bombers. Just bring it!
