Were you asking me? I have never run on that track.. I just happen to be next to it today and snapped the pictures. I would have to ask if there is a planned driver stand but as of right now where I took the picture is about 5 feet above the track.

Nothing that a riot shield and a athletic supporter can't cure....

....upon thinking about that for a second or two....

they'll work for just about any situation.
