Hey bill just wanted to give you a race report. I got to try out the star stock yesterday and it was amazing, I have never had some much power from a stock motor before. Anyway, I qualified 2nd and was able to take the lead within 2 laps I then led for the entire race being trailed by about 5-10 feet the entire time by 3rd,tq was out of the running. On the last lap the other guy got a good line and was roght on my tail. I was about 5 feet from the finish line when he smashed into the end of my car and fliped me over. my car wasnt broken and I was able to finish 3 seconds behind. Here is the thing, he was given a black flag, and he agreed after about the entire crew watching called him a hack lol. Anyway I ended up with the win in stock.
I also ran 19turn but with the super stock just for practice. I didnt do very well, I qualified mid way in the B and didnt move up any spots in the main. The thing I thought was cool was that I turned a 16.9 with the super stock whil some of the other people running 19 turns in my main were only running 15.3-16.3s so not bad. overall it was a great day and the motor was great. Altough I think it may need a cut and brushes since I did feel it drop off a little during the final round of qualiying, is that right?
