If using a droop guage it will loosen you a little. If measuring from ride height it will tighten you a little.

what you are saying if i use a droop gauge on the arms with out the shocks on it will loosen the car but if i put the shocks on & set the ride height a tad lower it will tighten the car?

Dave, simple rule of thumb....more down travel = more traction and more roll. Less Down travel = less traction and less roll. Since people measure droop in different ways it helps to just visualize the suspension and adjust that way. I personally set my ride hight and then set my droop to be Xmm above ride height...EX:

Ride height is 5mm Droop 2mm over ride height so on my guage I would be at the 7mm mark. If you need me to show you I will at Kranzels.

Hey Bill...not sure if Ryan or John posted this but here's out Full Throttle made out at the East Coast Mini Champs at Pottbelly's this past weekend...

Pro Brushless Micro -
John Ceci - Qualified 5th in the "A", finished 9th
Kaybo (me) - Qualified 9th in the "A" and finished 8th

Pro Mod Micro -
Little Ryan - Qualified 2nd in the "A", finished 4th
Kaybo (me) - Qualified 10th in the "A", finsihed 9th

All-in-all it was a good showing for Full Throttle this weekend...too bad, FT don't do micro motors
