My personal setup for club racing is a bit unorthodox but you're welcome to try it out.
I run 20 springs up front with 10 degree blocks on the lowered IRS front arms. I cut the tires down so the arms don't have to be shimmed keeping the roll center low. I run the servo angled...
0.075 tbar in the back with the rear of the bar shimmed up 1mm (the tbar sits at an angle sloping forward). I find this frees up the car and helps to carry a bit more corner speed. Red center spring with 50wt oil and heavy lube (50,000 wt) in the tubes. Batteries slammed forward
Purple fronts and grey rears for stock.
I know it's strange but works well for me. My "big race" setup when traction is really high is much more standard like the one on the instruction sheet.\
Hope this helps...

Does anybody have a setup for a low traction for asphalt? It seems that the track I run has lost its traction due to the lack of it has not been raced on for awhile due to the weather or the track owner having other committments on the weekends. The last time I ran the car it was loose in the rear.My setup:
front:
Parma magentas and some times purples
0.020 springs
5 deg. blocks
.5 toe out
1 deg caster
rear:
30 wt. center shock oil
5000 wt ofna diff lube for tubes
.063 t-plate
Parma pinks
Associated olive spring on center shock and even the black spring
ride height 4mm all the way around
rear and front are flat
Sphere/Neo combo
Any help from anybody that has dirving the H-12 on asphalt would be greatly appreciated.

I've never run a 12th on asphalt. Have you asked Tim?

No, I not asked him. I think told me that he would of at the regionals but he did not have all the lubes for the tubes to get it to work till it was to late. So he ran his other car. But that weekend we did not have traction problems till the cool front came in that Sunday in the last of the A mains. Plus he only runs on carpet for he most part that I know of. The other that was going to run the weekend before had the problem of pushing which is opposite of me. I can deal with pushig problem, but being loose is not fun for me. Well, thanks for the help.

ok well as long as you're running the same tire combo as the "fast guys", you can try running the rear of the car 0.5mm lower then the front. I assume you have your batteries slammed back? If not, try that also. You can also shim up just the front of the tbar 1mm. This will help stick the rear end. Going to a harder front spring may help but 22s seem a bit hard for a low grip track.
