my wife and daughter are still at Beale AFB which is just north of sacramento. I'll be there for about 3 weeks then head to Utah for a class, then back here until august.

Gotcha. Give me a ring when you get settled. It's cheaper than talking with you while you're in Asia.

It actually only costs me 4 cents a minute to call home. My wife was calling me when I first got here, only to realize that she was getting charged almost $5 a minute. anyway, I'll give you a ring sometime while I'm back.

Jon, it was good seeing you again. Thanks for the battery maintenance advice. I ordered a smart tay today to replace my burned out rayspeed. See you and the rest of the express team at the nats.

You're welcome, Lino. That's what we're here for.

By the way, I love 'home of the lathe-wreckers'. That's classic!

hehe, I love busting Ed's chops about that one. Still waiting to hear back from hudy about how much it will cost to fix.

I love my hudy lathe and it's brand new. It just doesn't work so well once it's dopped from five feet onto a parking lot.

btw, what did you think about the website Tag.

Dude, that lathe is mint. The nicest cuts I've ever seen from a lathe. I've used Trinity's, Hudy's (several different ones), Integy and this one is by far the best and easiest to use. No need to shim the bit or the arm for that matter.

I've got an old school twister lathe, the things got to be 15 or so years old and it still has the same diamond bit in it There's no way I'd get rid of that thing, nothing else comes close.

The carrying case the fantom comes with would def help if I ever ask Pickles to hold my lathe again!

The old Twister lathes have always been one of the best. And anyone that has one, normally will not want to get rid of it.
