What STOCK motors work best with F-Brushes? While I'm at it I might as well ask what brush, motor and spring setups you guys prefer? I personally run TC and T4 truck on a small/medium fairly tight track if it matters. Just interested in some ideas of where to start with different motors.

Well for stock racing the F brush is a good choice. We tune many motors for Team and sales with these brushes. We also use 4499's from time to time. Either brush works well in any stock motors CO27 right now is the best all around motor and will work well in touring and off-road. We also like the red/red combo as that seems to work well in all conditions.
For a T4 I would also start with 19T pinion gear and the CO27 stock motor and for touring same motor and around 6.35 gear to start..
Hope this helps...

That definitely helps. I will be looking at buying a new stock (probably CO27) in a month or two for the carpet season. I will highly consider buying one from express.
What are sample numbers from a CO27 vs. Monster?

AChupp2- In the T4 like John has said with the stock spur I would start with an 18-19 since your track is tight and small to medium size. I have tried a CO27 in offroad and it is absolutely ballistic. I ran 4499 brushes with the red/red combo that John had said. Best stock motor I've ran in a while.
