I just wanted to add something to the IB battery care that he was questioning. I have noticed that my packs seemed to fall off as well. I found an easy remedy. I equalized all the cells and then just put a charge into the pack and then put it away. Next time I ran it it was much better. After I ran it I put it away with the remainder of the charge left in it. The FOLLOWING time I ran it I brought it down on the equalizing tray and then charged it back up....4350 mah, 9.13 volts and Mad rip!!!! I found that if you dont leave a good amount of charge in the packs they will get "lazy".

Just my 2 cents

try it and let me know how it works. I noticed that this really helps if you run mod or 1/12th. I think Fred was coming off the track with 30 seconds left of runtime in 1/12th and he was only running a 19t. He was doing the same thing you were. He switched it up to what I am doing and he is now coming off at close to 200 seconds left and he has gained overall power. I use the Integy tray...not the Zero 30...the one before that, to equalize. The zero 30 works great but doesn't equalize well unless you hit zero...which I don't want to do with these cells. Jon always says to experiment with your stuff and I needed to find a way to get power out of these packs because I didn't have the money to get the new ones yet.

Oh yeah they will. I actually saw a Ebay for sale post for 1 screw. It actually sold for 30 bucks and the guy paid for it. THen left positive feedback. At that rate I'm buying a box of 100 screws and sell them one at a time.

Definitly only run the IB3800's one time per day. Also do as Bob says. Just put them away after running them.
