john f, i think they are still going to use the 3 inch pvc. they might get smaller pvc to put inside the big stuff and screw it in, so the dont have couplers sticking out.-lil' B

That would be better to use smaller PVC for the inside perimiter and to use inside couplers.

My new T1FK'05 did not like Kimbrough spurs at all! I thought I wasn't binding when I rotated the drivetrain by hand, but when I put it down and ran it...it sounded like pooh! Slapped my PRS gear in it and holy cripes...car sounds like a little jet engine now, even with a stock motor. Practice at Horsham for me tomorrow after work, we'll see who shows up. If not, seeya all Saturday for the Xray mains...lol

I put on a kimbrough (112) i think, not 100% sure(certain molds might be different enough to rub or not, who knows...)... And found that it did infact rub the bulkhead slighlty, some dremeling and then some exacting to clean up the gears fixed it though...

Default Woohoo

3PK Spectrum installed in my new Xray... Finally, no more waiting for a frequency clip to practice or not being able to tune in the pits. (Most annoying things about racing to me!!) Binds nicely, no glitching, track test tonight @ Horsham.
