Hey guys I know I've been quiet.
The New IRS Chassis is going to be $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$!!!!
So dont count on it. All though it does look promising.
I too have been thinking about running a few touring races but I'm not sure what car to get.
FK05? 415? Pro3? Losi? TC4?
I'm in the process of switching from AE to Losi in offroad and plan on taking the 2wd and Truck points this year at Family. So wish me luck!!

umm I refuse to let you take the point titles in either of those two classes. Oh and I just talked to Adrian and not to start the rumor mill up but there is talks of a new car due out for the indoor season. He said he ran the BMi2 and it was supa dialed. Much better than teemu or stock. And now that the rest of the locals are FINAALLY running rubber...hmmmmm ya know what car is best on the CS-27's Oh yeah is mah body done yet biznitch?
PS fred is minty....pass it on

Hey, Den. I hear ya.
Difference of opinion though. I mean, the one night at DC, Cuffs ran two FK04s back to back. One with the XRC and the other with BMI and the BMI was 2 tenths quicker easily. You could see the XRC had that little wiggle going in that the BMI didn't have.
Also, big secret: one major manufacturer's team chassis have been completely fabricated by Jason. They say the name of the company on the chassis, but in fact it's made by Jason.
Look at the thickness of some of the kits' chassis now: Corally, for instance, is like a brick. That thing won't budge. The 'box' they've created with that car is amazing.
Having said that, yup, you're absolutely right. There are differences of opinion when it comes to what to run on low-bite tracks. To each his own.
