Got mine today too. Probably would have made it sooner if the address was correct. Was on the box as 3843 instead of 8343. At least it made it

It's the year 2010. Shouldn't vacuum cleaners be quieter by now?

Haha! I guess I did fill it out wrong. I guess you went off the address on my paypal for my first two shipments, since they had the right address. It's all good, and I fixed it for ya.

John (or anyone else that can offer assistance)...

I have a general question.

If I move to a hotter motor I.E. from a 17.5 to a 13.5 in general will I go up or down on the VALUE of my FDR?

I.E. (these are arbitrary numbers for example only):
If I currently have a 17.5 and I am running a 9.0 FDR... and I switch to a 13.5; will I generally take my FDR VALUE up (I.E. 11.0) or take my FDR VALUE down (I.E. 7.0)?

Thanks.

Hey Tim..

For Off Road I usally drop 2 teeth (48 Pitch) when going to a slightly lower wind..So I would say 11.0 is correct...Hope that helps.....

Hey John, I've been busy lately with work, hockey and ice fishing so I haven't posted the results from the Southwestern Ontario Triple Crown Series. Anyways I'll keep it short and sweet lol Wayne Vince took the win with Rob Say and myself tied for 2nd in points. We had to share 2nd since we both finished in the same positions just at different races. It was fun and had power during all the races. I believe there were around 35 drivers in 12th 17.5 so it was very competitive!

I am thinking about getting a 10.5 car going or I'm going to start gearing up for a possible electric offroad

Aaron

I just purchased a Duo based 17.5 and 13.5 for TC racing on asphalt. Can I get a suggestion for gearing/FDR wise and timing for a track with a 130 ft straight for both of these motors? I was thinking 3.5-3.75 for 17.5 and a 4.5-4.8 for the 13.5.I have no idea about timing.Any help is appreciated.BTW the weather has been around 60 degrees F outside. Thanks!

Gearing is correct..Start in middle hole timming for std type speedo..With a Boost timming speedo run low timing and drop 2 teeth..
