What's the dry time on it? How's it do with hair-drying? How many coats to get good coverage and what method of application?

Currently I'm brushing on 3 coats of Bob Dively...

Dry time varies on the temp conditions, amount of coats depends on the users preferences, 2 to 3 coats is what i use
