Running the TC4 right now. I've got the car dialed right now.

I'll probably run stock this week, just to see what the car can do in stock on our new layout. Theres a section that's a real squeezer...hit it right and it's butter, if you are off by an inch either side, it will send you flying. Got knocked out of the main Sunday after clipping the board in that section. Sent the car flying!

I would give the wildcard a try then... just watch out, I don't know that it's ROAR legal...

glad we could help... when I get home, I'll get you a gear to start with on the motor as compared to a C2.. I like the wildcard a lot, I'm sure you will too!

Received my motors this morning. They look GOOD. The graphics on the car are definately nice. If they perform half as well I'll be set.

Question on the Atlas though:

1. Comes with Purple +/Green - Springs. Is that the setup you'd recommend for 19t Touring? I was running Purple/Red on my C2 this weekend.

2. If I'm gearing the C2 at 1.12" Rollout, what would you recommend for the Atlas? For the V2?

Thanks for the help...If I don't hear anything, I'll post what I find. Hoping to have a 19t class Wednesday.

Blake

Blake,

I was going to throw my C2, Atlas, and V2 on my motor checker to see where they compare rpm wise and use that as a start for gearing. We'll see.

As I remember, the Atlast has a different power band, so going just off rpm's isn't the best way to go... I'll check it out tonight... hopefully I can find that paper

Well, back from Novak. Had a good time. Wish I'd done better, but never could get a decent qualifying run.

Here's a pic of the carnage when mod/stock foam/stock rubber/Tamiya Mini/Sportsman drivers are all on the track at once during open practice.
