Default Viper R/C Solutions - A New Line of Innovative Power systems!

Viper R/C is one of the least reputable, least reliable, and lowest service quality companies in the RC industry - and that's saying something! Forget these clowns and their worthless products, go buy yourself an LRP esc that won't ruin your race day.

Yes they do, they have threads in both on and off road fourms. Look up nikos2002 user name he is the viper representative on rctech. He is usually timely in answering questions on the fourm. Old dead thread this is.

To be quite honest I haven't had an issue ever with the escs. I've seen some people have issues but most have been silly things from human error shorted wires and backwards plug in attempts. But the customer service is top notch. give them a call 1-866-206-8558 and they should take care of it.
