So with that said I will be matching some EP cells up next week. The first run will be small and depending on how they turn out and what IB decides to do next the following batch may be a lot larger. I know the EP's really ran well in Vegas for all the guys that were running them and they won several classes. So it seems that EP is really getting aggressive with their manufacturing and stepping up the game.

Thanks

I am down to 3 packs of IB's as of right now. I'll just sit and wait to see what happens before I purchase more cells. Most guys out here are going lipo. Any plans of carrying the SMC lipo pack in the future? I got you a 2nd place finish last weekend but still no win. I think the tracks out here were built on Indian burrial ground...

doing well. This TC5 brought back all the fun I was missing from racing. The car works great and is durable. I have been running the crap out of the car and no broken parts as of yet. Only a few spur gears but once the problem was found it's all good. What's new out your way?

Ive placed an order for them twice and still havent gotten them. I'll try calling again next week. I know that my shirt printer is so busy during the summer months that anything less than about 5000 shirts gets put on the back burner.....And I didnt order no where near that many

i am curious to see how the EPs work... the IBs are nuts. i think might be willing to trade a bit of voltage for a bit reliability.

im not sold on the lipo bandwagon, but most around here are running brushless...

Same here, I just can't bring myself to go lipo & I just have way to many brushes & springs to go brushless at the moment.

I am not sure what is used to make it. Chris Limm (Hebiki) made mine for me and is also the person who designed my website. You may drop him a PM on here or if he reads this he may answer as well.

With a fan at 2 volts I usually look for 8 amps. When you get up around 10-12 amps the motors tend to get harder to gear and run hot. They usually have to have a smaller pinion as they have more RPM. A 6 amp motor will have to have a larger pinion as they have more Torque and less RPM.
