Hey Eric... how far down can you turn the comm down before it's time to ditch the arm and get a new one? Starting dia is .296 right? Oh, it's a KD 19t... guess that info might help.

Cheers Eric... practise it is then

What about charging profile? Currently use 6.5a, with a 25mv delta peak on my 38's (Pulsar Comp 2). Will this be ok with the 42's? or should I charge at a lower amp rate given the higher voltage?

Cheers
Ed

I normally don't run mine past .270 Any lower and you run the risk of having the com come apart on your lathe while cutting it. I have had rocket motors that I have taken down to .265 and I only used one run brushes when it's that low. Even at .270 it's a one run brush because the comm is on it's last leg. Just my $0.02

Hey Bob,

I'll send you an email in a bit about it. But it looks like I wont have cells for another 2 weeks or the week right before Vegas. So I can send the rest of your order now or just keep holding it.

Hi Ed,

That profile should be fine. If its really cool out side you can go to 30mV but 25 is safest.

Robert I would have gladly strapped you and Skeen to the Roof of my car but it was raining. We would have done something if we could. We had no room for anything thanks to Mr.EA (Bring the Kitchen Sink). I wish we could have done something but you tell me what we could have done?? Anyways it was a fun weekend when we raced. Too much practice for me.
