Hey EA, i was looking to buy some F-brushes from you for my 19t, and on your sight it says, stock. Can I use those brushes, or is there another pair I should use.

Thanks
Kipper

Hey Kipper,

Yes they can be used for 19 turns too. They are a laydown brush...Its easier to put stock on the description because overseas guys dont know what laydown brushes mean!! LOL They just know stock and Mod.

Thanks alot EA, i thought so, since alot of people said that the F-brushes are the only way to go for 19t.

I know you say to take .010" off the trailing edge, is there anything else for my 19t motors? Its a Fantom 19t Motor(if that helps you at all)

Just make sure the hoods are aligned and if you have access to a Magnet zapper have someone zap the can for you. At 2 volts it should pull around 10-14 amps on start up with a fan.....Then drop back to around 8-10. If you have that then the brushes are aligned pretty close.

No they arent usually that high. Also thats not a perfect way of judging a motor either. Best way is with a dyno or on the track. No load ampdraw doesnt mean much....But I know if you put a motor together and its only pulling 3-4 amps then 1 of 3 things are wrong. Brushes are not making good contact, comm is tapered (Bad lathe casusing taper and bad brush contact), or poor brush selection.
