1. Download ORCA_R32_PRO 1.1-170316C.bin from the Orca website and saved to a folder
2. Format SD card using FAT32
3. Rename Sd card to Firmware
4. Drag and drop folder to SD card
5. Insert SD card into the R32 Programmer until locked in place
6. Insert 4 pin download cable from programmer to the ESC.
7. With a fully charged 2s lipo connected and the Tx turned off I turn on the power and
cycle the mode to Update and press enter, Original firmware is displayed.
8. Press enter goes to "File not Exist"
I tried this with a 8g and 32g SD card, a poster suggested a 1g or 2g card. I'll give this a try next, I don't think retail stores sell them locally so I'll have order 1 online.

RPM numbers on Program card
Hey guys, anyone able to help me understand the rpm readings on my program card? Whatever gear ratio I choose to race with, the rpm reading don't seem to vary much?
I have tried a number of gear ratio combos and RPM is always in the range of ~24K.
I m using a 17.5 motiv mc2 motor, on a 2wd buggy, running on high bite turf
Thanks

RPM readings are maximum RPM.
For any given motor you will find max rpm won't vary much (at the same timing) but the speed of the car will change according to your gear ratio.
Max RPM for me running mod 2wd off-road was useful when adding timing (it won't go faster at some point, no need to add more degrees of timing). Running off-road with jumps you could have higher readings than normal when using throttle while jumping/trying to recover a roll.
For a stock motor it could be useful to find the right ratio.

The max rpm readings can also be useful when on lower grip as if they suddenly show a higher rpm after a run you know you're getting too much wheelspin, either through setup or being too heavy on the throttle.
Found this particularly useful in Md TC when rpm's go up to 88-90,000

Has anybody already had a problem withe the r32 response to throttle?
The ESC is working properly, accelerating, "boosting", "turboing" but the problems start when the car is stopped. From that point, impossible to make it move. The lights are blinking, it seems to respond but nothing is moving.
It looks like a sensor problem, but it happened today after one run, nothing special, fans over the esc and over the motor, I don't understand. I've tried to exchange my Fantom motor for a Schuur one and I got the exact same behaviour. Same with a new sensor cable...
Is this a known problem? Do you think my R32 fried? Could it be a problem with SSR or SHR? That would be strange as I changed nothing but the battery (I also tried with the first one just to be sure but nothing)

Sound like controller board fail.

Interesting, so as I bought it from Europe by AMainHobbies, they should be able to repair?
